Once again Mera is the center of the world: for four days popular music, Latin American, Mongolian and Georgian melodies, Balkan rhythms, French and GIPSY music are returning to the old barn.

The Cifra Folk Dance Ensemble from Méra welcomes the festival audience into its own home. The stage of the barn will showcase Méra’s Hungarian, Roma, and Romanian dance traditions, paying tribute to all the former folk informants musicians, dancers, and singers who shaped the cultural heritage of the region.
