The definition of Transylvanian blues.
Nightlosers was founded in 1994 in Cluj. The band plays „Transylvanian blues, an ethno-blues built as a postmodern musical display, where chords of the American blues are seasoned with Romanian, Hungarian and Rroma ethno influences, framed according to an image (belonging to the band) that came out from a self-ironic movie presenting a group of drunken peasants who accidentally came to a stage”. Throughout their career, the musicians sang in the country and abroad – from Europe to The US or India, in clubs, at festivals, on the radio and TV, as well as in caves, prisons or psychiatric hospitals.
